When I was growing up in New York I used to collect items that most people would just walk by but that I found really interesting and I would keep them in a shoe box. Things like rusty bolts, pine cones, shells, and sticks that were an odd shape. Now that I'm grown I still look around for those things but now I use my camera to capture them so I can share with others that playfulness and amazement that we lose towards our everyday world as we get older.
